Wait wasn't long early morning. Reception staff were very helpful and prompt. Dr Nurcombe was excellent. All done and dusted in around half an hour. Pharmacy next door if required.

Doctor Wei is very kind and sweet and made me feel 100% comfortable during my visit. Dr. Wei was aware that I was nervous about my visit and took the time to explain the process in depth so that I would feel at ease. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, it is greatly appreciated.

Desk check on arrival was efficient and friendly as was brief consultation for administration of Covid vaccination booster. Advice was provided about potential side effects. Good experience.

First time patient here for a small 30min procedure. Practise was ahead of time and was a pleasant experience. This is not my regular Dr/Practise but seems like a good back up for when my normal GP unavailable.

Have always had an outstanding experience at Capalaba Medical Centre between the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors. I have felt listened to and comfortable enough to raise concern across all my medical needs. Doctor H Cooper has been very thorough in all my women’s health and feel blessed to have a doctor I can discuss my women’s health with.

Honestly, my doctor is AMAZING! Happy to travel the little extra distance to get in to see her. The front desk staff a lovely and accommodating and their online booking system and check in makes it easy. Because they are so lovely, I think sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment with a preferred doctor.

Capalaba Medical Centre. The ladies who work on reception are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Having had a very "rough run" from a health perspective over the past 3.5 years, I have had to reach out on many occasions and have been extremely grateful for their support & services. It is a large medical centre, so appointments can sometimes be difficult to get at short notice, but there is usually a solution if you can negotiate a little. (A give and take attitude generally works best). The majority of doctor's working in the practice are very approachable, understanding and efficient. I would happily recommend the practice and also point out that they have a large array of services.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years seeing Dr Nurcombe. He is an amazing doctor who shows respect and concern as well as having a sense of humour. Appointments are always on time and get results. Highly recommended
